See what I did there? Good eh? It was February, and I wanted to brew some beer. The weather forecast wasn’t great so I started this brew about 7:45AM and managed to get it in the fermenter around 4 hours later. This is simple bitter designed to use up some extra Pale Ale Malt that I didn’t think I’d need and to provide a nice comforting session-able pint for the start of spring. After my initial tasting of this beer, I was not disappointed! This is a delicious and refreshing session beer, if I do say so myself. Want to know how it tastes? Check out this blog post.
